Our holiday apartments in Dobbiaco are a cosy home for your journeys of discovery in the Dolomites. A holiday in the Dolomites in one of the most beautiful mountainscapes in the world. Alta Pusteria is the winter dream and wanderlust: Feeling nature, taking deep breaths, letting go.
Living in perfectly equipped apartments for 2 to 6 people. Relaxing in the sauna, chilling in the garden with large lawn area, working out in the fitness room. Surrounded by tranquillity - our residence in Dobbiaco is only a few meters walk to the village centre.

Prices & payment and cancellation policy
- All prices are per day and the number of people listed in the price list, with a minimum stay of 4 nights.
- The local tourism tax is not included in the price. It amounts to 1.35 Euro per person from 14 years.
- Final cleaning is included for stays of 4 days or more. For stays of up to 3 days, a one-off surcharge of € 30.00 will be charged for final cleaning.
- We ask you to pay your final account the day before departure by cash or cheque.
There is no right to cancellation in the sense of the consumer protection code. We do, however, permit cancellation subject to the following terms:
- In case of cancellation we will retain your deposit.
- In case of late arrival or early departure the agreed daily price will be due.
- Cancellations up to one month before arrival are free of charge (the deposit will not be refunded), after that 100% of the booked stay will be charged.
